We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all defective or non-functional license keys. If a key fails to activate, our system or support team will instantly replace it. If we cannot provide a working replacement, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Exceptions

Returns and refunds are NOT applicable in the following scenarios:

• You purchased the wrong version (e.g. bought Windows key for a Mac).
• You successfully activated the key but decided you no longer want the software.
• The 30-day window from the date of purchase has expired.
