Exceptions to Refunds

Because our products are digital, alphanumeric keys that are instantly exposed post-purchase, returns and refunds are NOT applicable in the following scenarios:

  • The software key was successfully activated, but you later decided you no longer want the software.
  • Your hardware does not meet the minimum system requirements for the software.

How to Request a Refund
