Exceptions to Refunds
Because our products are digital, alphanumeric keys that are instantly exposed post-purchase, returns and refunds are NOT applicable in the following scenarios:
- You purchased the wrong version by mistake (e.g., you bought a Windows key but own an Apple Mac).
- The software key was successfully activated, but you later decided you no longer want the software.
- Your hardware does not meet the minimum system requirements for the software.
- The 30-day window from the date of initial purchase has expired.
How to Request a Refund

- Take a clear, uncropped screenshot of the error message you receive on your screen when attempting to activate the key.
- Locate your original Order ID (found in your confirmation email or order dashboard).
- Email both the screenshot and the Order ID to our support team at support@allvipkeys.com.
