1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and AllVipKeys ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://allvipkeys.com website and our digital delivery services.

You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

AllVipKeys specializes exclusively in the sale of digital, alphanumeric activation keys for software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows). No physical products will be shipped.

  • Delivery is entirely automated and occurs via email and presented on the post-checkout success page.
  • Delivery is typically instantaneous upon successful payment capture but can take up to 15 minutes during high-demand periods.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

3. Software EULA and Third-Party Licenses

AllVipKeys operates strictly as a reseller. We do not own, develop, or copyright the software for which we sell activation keys.

  • By purchasing and activating a key, you agree to the software vendor's (e.g., Microsoft Corporation) End User License Agreement (EULA).
  • We are not responsible for updates, patches, bugs, or feature removals initiated by the software developer.
  • The digital keys grant perpetual (lifetime) access unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., Microsoft 365 1-Year Subscriptions).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its services are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The software logos (Windows, Office, Word, Excel, etc.) are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. AllVipKeys uses these solely for descriptive purposes to identify the software compatible with the sold license keys.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or the software activated via our keys.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
