1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and AllVipKeys concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or related applications.

You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site. AllVipKeys grants you a digital license key upon successful payment. This license is sold exactly as described on the product page.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us.

The digital keys sold grant access to third-party software (e.g., Microsoft). AllVipKeys is a reseller, and you must adhere to the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the software vendor.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction.
